Terms & Condition

  1. The approval of this application is subject to availability to tmnet streamyx service at your area including telephone line condition exchange equipment.
  2. 12 months minimum subcription period accept for Basic 88 & 99 is 24 month subcription.Customers will be charged for remaining months if the service is terminated before the 12 months subcription period and 24 months subcription period for basic 88 & 99.
  3. Installation will be carried out by tment Authorized Contractor an Installation Fee of RM 88 will be made payable unfront upon successful installation.
  4. First month bill charges for new subcriber comprises of the current and advanced monthly subcription fee including one time services activation fee of RM 75.
